Coastline Rentals has been in operation since 1983, managing both long-term homes and condos.

Our Services

• Your property is advertised locally and via the Internet and shown to prospective tenants.
• All prospective tenants' personal and credit references are verified.
• Lease and renewal negotiations are handled by the management company.
• All necessary utilities are transferred into the tenant's name for payment prior to occupancy.
• Rents are collected monthly and checks are mailed or deposited into owner's local bank account with the monthly statement.
• Service repairs, when needed, are done by qualified companies with proven work experience.
• The premises are inspected twice per year, inside and outside.
• If necessary, evictions are handled through the local magistrate court, at no cost to the owner.
