Hilton Head Island

Hilton Head Island is located off the extreme southeast corner of South Carolina, in the midst of the last major unpolluted estuary on the east coast. Local seafood abounds and is considered some of the tastiest available anywhere. The Island enjoys all the advantages of a southern coastal barrier island ... like an average midday temperature of 89 in July and 61 in December.

Sports enthusiasts will discover whatever they are looking for here. Some of the most challenging and beautiful golf holes in the world await golfers, while tennis players enjoy their sport on over 150 courts. The island also boasts jogging and bike trails, horseback riding, fishing, swimming, boating, surfing and beachcombing.

Lease terms are generally for one year. Some properties are conducive to less than one year and those will be indicated in the property description. All properties require a security deposit in an amount equal to at least one months rent.

Whether furnished or unfurnished all properties will generally have the basic major appliances of stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible for all utilities of electric, telephone, cable tv and water unless indicated otherwise. Pets of any sort can be difficult to accommodate. Many of the complexes have rules and regulations as to the allowance of pets for tenants. It is best to let us know up front so you may save yourself time and effort. The available long term rentals will have an indication if pets are allowed.
